Use of soil-beneficial microbes to assist plants in growth and disease resistance
You'll profile soil microorganisms from the rhizosphere of plants using next-generation sequencing and classical microbiology tools. You'll isolate and use beneficial microbes for growth promotion and disease resistance of plants, and help identify new antibiotics to control diseases.
