The objective of my project is to evaluate the influence of utilising vegetables discarded after processing on feed production, ruminant performance, meat quality and metabolic profiles as well as the rumen microbiome, Moreover, my project also involves the production and analysis of sorghum-vegetable silages as an alternate method of vegetable waste reduction and feed preservation.
