University students from across Australia test meat judging skills at US competition

Many consumers are picky about the quality of the steaks they buy, but few judge their meat quite like University of Queensland student Lawton Elliott.

The agribusiness graduate has proven his world-class eye for picking a top-notch T-bone before it has even been butchered at a fierce meat judging competition in America.
